SWOD: Press
4×8 reps

Warm Up 10 w/33 lb bar
1×8 with 53
1×8 with 53, last one was UGLY
1×7 with 53 (failed last rep)
1×6 with 53 (failed last two reps)

In hindsight, the weight was probably a tiny bit too heavy.  I know I could have completed all reps at 50 lbs.

WOD:
6x250m run with 1 minute rest between laps

Total time (including 1 minute rests): 13:45
