At Home WOD

Warm Up:
Too cold to run outside so I ran stairs in my house for 5 minutes, then did our traditional box WU:
Walking lunges, 10 each leg
Toe walks
Heel Walks
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Star Jumps
Side Lunges
Stripper Squats
T Swings
Scorpions
Burpees

WOD:
5 rounds for time
10 air squats
20 double unders
30 sit ups with ab mat
10 push ups
