My legs were just flat tiered this morning.  I ran last night after work and my quads were cooked.  I *might* have been able to do 5 more lbs, but the last two of that last set were ug-ly.

WOD:
7 minute AMRAP

25 DUs
7 Push Ups
14 Air Squats

Score: 4+35 with single unders

I’ve got to get this jump rope thing figured out.
