So I acked up the past few days and didn’t log my workouts here.  Part of me wants to go back and fix it, but since I didn’t set any new PR’s or do anything terribly impressive, I’m not going to bother.

Feel free to judge my laziness.

Or just move on with life.

I have a good excuse at least.  My Box now has these super nifty WOD books and I’ve been tracking my awesomness there, so it pretty much fell out of my brain to post here as well.

Not to worry loyal readers, I am a magnificent multi-tasker and can do both.  So here’s todays fun.

Note:  My hands HURT.  We’ve been doing a lot of things that require grip this week and from the skin to the joints they are achy.

30 med ball twists
40 Pull Ups
30 med ball twists
20 push ups
10 thrusters

Time: 8:36 with 45 lbs on the thruster, 10 lb med ball and ring rows
