Who is this crazy girl?

Unlike most Superheroes, I’m not going to bother with a dual identity.  Here you will get nothing but the best of the sarcastic monologue that is pretty much constantly running through my head all day, and you will love it I tell you!

About me:  I’m a 30 something freelance writer, blogger, fitness enthusiast and all around bad ass.  A former Crossfitter, and current cyclist, triathlete, and girl who isn’t afraid of the “boy weight section” at the gym, I’ve lost over 40 pounds in the past 6 months and am still going.

On my blog you’ll find a combination of hilarious anecdotes, weight loss and fitness advice, and random pictures of really hot women because it’s my blog and they inspire me.

So read, like, comment and enjoy.  I love my readers, welcome your feedback, and can’t wait to get to know you!

  1. 30…not as old as me lol….and you were never fat, only beautiful,. and its okay to not want kids. I turned out just fine =)

  2. I love your style and your attitude. Although the fact that you can probably bench more than me is a little intimidating 😉 Looking forward to following your posts.

    • I’m glad as well! I’m not at the moment, but have on my list actually putting together my social media strategy and getting it launched by the end of the year. I’ll be sure to let you know when it’s up and running.

  3. A freelance writer. Nice. I’m one of those too. Marketing, brand strategy, storytelling…seems you and I are kindred spirits, Nicole. It’s a great life, no? Work to the rhythms of your creative heartbeat, and pedal your bike most of the rest of the time…

    • I love my life. It’s funny, because I didn’t really know what I wanted to be when I grew up until just this past year. I worked in marketing and not for profit for 10 years before I had the luxury of “retiring” at age 30. That was awesome for a few months, but eventually I got bored and realized I wanted to write, and that it would be awesome if I could get paid for it. I’ve never been happier and more self fulfilled.
